Romain Le Bars signe son premier millésime en 2018, lorqu’il parvient à récupérer 1,20ha de vigne, c’est-à-dire vraiment pas grand-chose… Après avoir travaillé 7 ans au Domaine de l’Anglore pour Eric Pffifferling, Romain a décidé de voler de ses propres ailes. Installé à Lirac, en Rhône Sud donc, Romain utilise son garage comme cuverie et met tout son cœur pour produire des canons d’une jolie structure et tout en finesse.
Des vignes cultivées sans produits chimiques, des vinifications sans soufre excepté pour le Lirac auquel Romain y ajoute autour de 8 à 10 mg/L. C’est si peu ! Découvrez donc ses vins suaves et gourmands, qui vous ferons découvrir des vins atypiques de ce joli coin de France !
