Gamay Royale 2023

Chris and Fanny are wine enthusiasts who met in Burgundy, specifically at Domaine Buisson in Saint Romain, where Chris completed his apprenticeship during his BTS at La Viti in Beaune. After many experiences in Burgundy, the Loire Valley, and South Africa, they decided to settle in their native land, Brittany. The idea here is to start a wine trading business accompanied by new plantings in the coming years. Indeed, Christopher and Fanny have managed to lease (i.e., rent agricultural land) about ten hectares, which will soon be gradually planted with Gamay, Pinot, Chardonnay, and Chenin Blanc. More surprises await us...The wines offered under the name "Pinot Bar" come from grape purchases sourced from Anjou and cultivated using organic farming methods. The grapes are transported to their cellar located in Languidic, close to Lorient. The vinification and aging processes are carried out without additives, except for a small addition of sulfur to slightly stabilize the wines. These are original, precise wines that promise wonderful emotions for the future!
