Louis-Damien Bouchacourt est installé depuis 2014 sur 2,75 ha en appellation Chénas et 1,25 ha en Beaujolais Villages Rouge et Blanc sur la commune de la Chapelle de Guinchay. Dès le début, il a mis en place le travail des sols et à certifié le domaine en agriculture biologique à partir de 2015. Situé sur le piémont du pic Rémond, une partie de ses Chénas (1ha) est sur sol granitique tandis que le reste est sur sol d'alluvions anciennes avec plus ou moins de cailloux. De beaujo MADE IN CHENAS que nous sommes heureux de vous faire découvrir !
