Les Champs Libres is a young winery recently established in the village of Neuvilley in the Jura region. Still very much a small-scale operation, it covers only 0.3 hectares of vines in the Bersaillin terroir, bringing an artisanal and intimate approach to their production. David, who also works at the Overnoy-Crinquand winery in Pupillin, and Lison, a seasonal worker involved in vineyard tasks in winter and in an aquatic-related field during summer, produce wines without added inputs, allowing each cuvée to reflect the pure essence of the terroir. These wines, sometimes delicate right after bottling, may need a little time to stabilize, ultimately revealing their full complexity and character in tasting. A new winery to keep an eye on !
