A former student of Anselme Selosse, he focuses on biodiversity, works naturally, and uses indigenous yeasts to showcase the unique potential of his Chamery terroir. A talented young winemaker, he creates expressive Champagnes, including his Chamery 1er Cru, with fine bubbles, a strong tension, and delicate notes of hawthorn and hazelnut.
