Mas des Caprices

Le Mas des Caprices is an estate located between Narbonne and Perpignan, on the border between Languedoc and Roussillon. More specifically, the plateau of the village of Leucate, the soil of Fitou, and Corbières have nurtured their first vines for over 15 years. At the helm of this estate are Pierre and Mireille Mann: these winemakers grew up in Alsace and began their journey as restaurateurs. They later decided to make their own wine and settled in this little corner of paradise. Practicing organic and biodynamic farming from the start, Mas des Caprices showcases the fabulous terroirs of Fitou and Languedoc with great precision. The wines are also vinified without additives, apart from a small dose of sulfur when necessary. For us, this estate stands as an example of consistent wine quality, offering relatively accessible options with good aging potential for AOP wines. Enjoy the tasting, everyone!
